By using ridewithlouis.com or booking a ride with Ride with Louis ("Louis," "we," "us," "our"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or the service.

2. The service

Ride with Louis is a personal driver service based in Lakeland, Florida. Louis drives clients in the client's own vehicle for trips such as airport transfers, events, appointments, and errands, by appointment. Availability, service area, and details are arranged directly with Louis. The driving service is provided with reasonable care and skill.

In plain terms: Louis drives you in your own car, by appointment. The specifics are worked out with him directly.

3. Booking, pricing, and payment

Rides are arranged by phone, text, or the website's contact form. Pricing depends on the trip and is provided as a quote before service. Payment is arranged directly with Louis. If you need to change or cancel a booking, let Louis know as early as you can; cancellations are handled reasonably and case by case.

In plain terms: you book with Louis, he quotes you, you pay him directly, and if plans change, tell him as soon as possible.

4. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate booking details, to ensure your vehicle is legally registered, insured, and roadworthy when Louis is driving it, and to treat Louis with respect. Louis may decline or end a trip if it would be unsafe, unlawful, or otherwise inappropriate.
