In plain terms: this is a small, one-person business. We collect only what we need to arrange your rides and to keep your trust.

• What you send through the contact form: your name, phone number, email address, when you need a ride, details about your trip, and who referred you (if you tell us).
• What you share when you call, text, or book: the same kinds of details, plus anything you choose to tell Louis to arrange your ride.
• Notes on regular clients: for clients who ride regularly, we keep simple notes such as name, pickup and drop-off locations, schedule, and preferences, so we can provide consistent, reliable service.
• Basic technical information: like most websites, our host keeps standard server logs (such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited) for security and reliability. We do not use advertising or analytics trackers.

In plain terms: mostly it is the information you give us to book a ride. We do not track you around the web.

3. How we use your information

We use your information only to respond to your inquiry and arrange your rides, to provide consistent service to repeat clients, to communicate with you about your bookings, and to keep the website secure and working. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

4. How your information is shared

We share information only with the service providers that help us run the business, and only as needed:

• Formspree processes and delivers contact-form submissions to our email.
• Mapbox provides the map shown on our website (loading the map may share your IP address with Mapbox).
• Vercel hosts the website and keeps standard server logs.
• Google Fonts delivers the website's fonts (loading them may share your IP address with Google).

We may also disclose information if required by law. We never sell your personal information.

In plain terms: the only outsiders who touch your info are the tools that send us your message, show the map, host the site, and load the fonts.

5. Cookies and tracking

Our website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. The third-party services listed above may set limited technical cookies needed to function. We do not track your activity across other websites.

We keep contact-form messages and client notes only as long as needed to serve you and to maintain our ordinary business records, and no longer than necessary. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see "Your choices and rights").
